Catching Up

Last week was such a different week than anticipated, a lot of things did not happen as we hoped they would. The laundry had piled up, our campervan needed a check-up, the kids badly needed to start homeschooling, and we were all tired.

We decided to go to The Netherlands for a week. First we surprised my mom with a visit and then we stayed at our friends O & Mo.

The first day of school, Grade 7 and Grade 5!

Every year, since Myron started preschool, I have been taking a picture of the kids in front of our front door, commemorating the first day of school. Well, this year was no different :)

We did however find a quiet place in O & Mo's house to start off the year.

That afternoon, while the kids swam, our home on wheels got a check-up. It was a good time for us to have a look from underneath. We were happy to hear all was still well with Kleintje.

We also did some shopping in the town of Doetinchem (birthdays are coming up🤫) and we got badly needed haircuts!
